Please note: Alaska’s Cottage Food Laws requires in person delivery of roasted coffee.  If you live outside Ketchikan, please wait to place an order until you are traveling through Ketchikan.  We offer free local delivery.

We are now only roasting on Monday and Thursday evenings.  Orders that come in after 3 PM on Monday will be roasted on Thursday.  Orders that come in after 3 PM on Thursday will be roasted on Monday.  Our goal is to have the coffee delivered within 24 hours of roasting.  By consolidating our roasting to two days we can be more efficient with our time in terms of roasting, packaging, and delivery while maintaining our model of primarily roasting coffee only when ordered.  The amount of time required to roast half of a pound of coffee is the same as the time required to roast ten pounds.  Rather than roasting multiple smaller orders for the same coffee throughout the week, we will now consolidate orders for the same coffee into one larger roast.  Special requests to roast outside of these two roast dates will be considered on a case by case basis and likely will only be accepted for orders of five or more pounds for the same coffee.       

If you need coffee vacuum sealed: We recommend ordering 3-5 days in advance of when you need the coffee.  We primarily roast only when orders are placed to maximize freshness.  Freshly roasted coffee needs resting time to release CO2 before being vacuum sealed otherwise as the coffee releases CO2 it will inflate the bag and can potentially cause the bag to burst.  

If you are tax exempt and have never placed an order through our website, please select the “My Account” button at the top of the website.  You will be prompted to login or register.  You will need to register for an account, which will ask you for some basic information to include your tax exempt identification number.  Once we receive and review this information, we have to manually approve the account for tax exempt status.  Our goal is to review and approve accounts daily.  Thank you for your understanding.
